How long it takes

Most US orders arrive in about 3–7 business days after they ship. You get tracking when it leaves.

Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes: shipping times can run a little longer.

At this time, we’re only set up to ship within the U.S. International friends, we see you, and we hope to be able to offer international shipping in the future.

Where is my order?

If you bought on aguafido.com, Shopify emails tracking when the box leaves Durango. Check the inbox (and spam) for the address you used at checkout.

No tracking yet? We usually pack website orders within 1–2 business days. If it has been longer, email us with your order number.

If you bought on Amazon, tracking lives in your Amazon account. We cannot change an Amazon shipment from this site.

I need to change the address or cancel

Email us before it ships with your order number. Once it is in the mail, we cannot redirect it. After that, you can refuse the package or use returns.

I bought it as a gift

The packing slip does not include prices. If you want it sent straight to someone else, put their address at checkout and your email for updates.

This is separate from the No Worries Guarantee. Returns cover a change of heart in the first 30 days. The guarantee is for later: lose it or break it, anytime.

Changed your mind

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back.

• Unused, in the original box, with the lid and any extras you ordered
• Email us first so we can send a return address
• You cover return shipping
• We refund the product to the original payment method once it is back. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless we made a mistake.

Swap a color

Does the color clash with your backpack, or maybe you’ve changed your mind and wish that you selected a different color? We’ll share the cost.

• Unused, within 30 days of delivery
• You ship the original back (you pay that shipping)
• We ship the new color to you (we cover that shipping)

Email us first so we know what’s coming and can send the right one out.

Damaged, wrong, or missing

That’s on us. Don’t ship it back yet. Email a photo and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make sure to make it right.

Lost in the mail

If your package never arrived, please email us at help@aguafido.com.

Engraved lids

A lid we etched for you is made to order. We cannot take it back because you changed the name or the graphic. If we etched the wrong design, or the etch is defective, we redo it.

Refund timing

Once the refund is approved and your return is received, we process it back to your original payment method in 3–5 business days. Banks can take their time after that. If you don’t see it within 10 business days, check with your bank first, then nudge us.
