We realize that sometimes stuff happens. Dogs can occasionally be agents of chaos.

If you (or your dog) does manage to break your AguaFido, or if you accidentally leave it at a trailhead, just pay $10 shipping and handling and we’ll get you a fresh one. Up to two replacements per customer.

Dog people are good people. We’ll trust you not to take advantage of it.
