Refund policy

You have 30 days from delivery to send an unused item back in its original box, with the lid and any extras you ordered. Email us at help@aguafido.com before you ship it back.

A lid we engraved for you is made to order. We cannot take it back because you changed the name or the graphic. If we etched the wrong design, we redo it.

If you lose it or break it later, that is the No Worries Guarantee, not a return. Pay $10 shipping and handling and we will send a replacement, up to two replacements per customer.

We refund the purchase price of items we accept back. Shipping you already paid is refunded only if we made the mistake. Refunds go to the original payment method.
